The Kembel Project was a secret operation by the Kembel Faction to regain lost Dalek knowledge of time travel technology.
Since the lost of the Dalek's time machine, considered to be their greatest achievement in time travel, all further developments in time travel were applied to Dalek military. For scientific advances, the Kembel Faction based themselves on Kembel, the site of the Daleks' Time Destructor, in 4500, during the Dalek-Movellan War.
The project, was led by the Dalek Supreme who served the Dalek Emperor, and the Kembel Faction Analyst. (AUDIO: The Triumph of Davros)
