Skaro Observatory

The Skaro Observatory was a feature of the Dalek Dome which offered visitors a view of the Dalek homeworld of Skaro.
It was located in the center of the Dome with a lift taking people to and from the ground floor. (COMIC: Liberation of the Daleks)
