Cleric Bob is one of the clerics-soldiers in Father Octavian's squad. He and his team had the mission to hunt the last of the Weeping Angels.
Bob was very scared following the disappearance of his colleagues, Cleric Christian and Cleric Angelo. The Doctor convinced him that his fear was a defence against the Angels
A Weeping Angel killed the cleric while exploring the Maze of the Dead after luring him towards it using the voices of Clerics Christian and Angelo.
The Weeping Angel used the voice of Bob to communicate with the Doctor, after which the Doctor referred to this as Angel Bob.
