Cyber-Dinosaurs were species of different types of earth dinosaurs subjected to partial cyber-conversion. They were by the Cyber-Silurians. (COMIC: Supremacy of the Cybermen (comic story))
Some dinosaur species such as Triceratops, were used the Cyber Silurians as mounts. While others, such as Tyranosaurus Rexes were used for attacking. Pterosaurs were to be deployed inside the Cyber-Arks to spread technology to other planets. Unlike those on the Silurians, the cybernetics can be affected by the Sonic screwdriver.
