Deletion[[edit source]]

I understand this was deleted because most of the stories contained in it are not valid, as only the versions reprinted in The Incomplete Death's Head are valid. However, this graphic novel and its sequel also reprinted some DWU stories such as The Crossroads of Time and Party Animals. Chubby Potato 04:59, February 19, 2019 (UTC)

This edition is, in effect, a graphic novel reprinting some of stories we cover mixed in with other stories. There is no reason to create a page for each such collection. In terms of finding information about reprints of a particular story, it is better to add this info in the "Notes" section on the story page, providing an interwiki link to a wiki that covers it (in this case, Marvel wiki). In terms of all available collections, the information is more useful on the page of the character. I strongly believe that in case of Death's Head, however, given how complex his situation is, a special page dedicated to the explanations about all this, including lists of reprints with interwiki links, is the best solution. Death's Head (1988) is already halfway there, which is why I proposed a rename to "Death's Head comic stories".
While doing research on this subject, I saw how efficiently Marvel wiki employs interwiki links, outsourcing non-native material to appropriate authoritative wikis. I cannot emphsise enough how useful it is and think that we have way underused it so far. Having said that, it is IMHO preoposterous that this very page, deleted here, still does not exist on the Marvel wiki. There it makes total sense and would have allowed us to link interested readers there to explore other titles about DH. Amorkuz 08:25, February 19, 2019 (UTC)
On the contrary, there is plentiful, common-sense precedent to create pages for any official publication containing DWU stories, even ones that have a minority of DWU stories (e.g. the infamous Decalog 5: Wonders). We can't just rely on other Wikis to do our job for us. I'm sure the Marvel Wiki has cause to have pages on many DWU issues, including the original 1988 Death's Head issue themselves. Doesn't make a difference. Page restored. Scrooge MacDuck 01:12, 24 February 2023 (UTC)
