Irinda was a member of Albert Scarrity's menagerie who help Vastra. She was intrigued when learning about Strax and Jenny Flint. She came to Earth to stop a prophecy involving the Silurians. She wanted to kill Vastra to do this. (AUDIO: Family Matters)
