Regina was the queen of the tribe of the lost on Parking. She arranged with her people to get the Seventh Doctor and Ace to them thinking they were Free Parkers. She later helped to locate the Free Parkers and knew of Kempton. She helped in the fight against the spaceships. (AUDIO: The High Price of Parking)
