Zoltan Clarkson

Zoltan Clarkson was an eccentric billionaire in the 23rd century. He owned the county of Dorset as no-one lived there since the Dalek Invasion. He had made his money creating exotic pet cyborgs from rare species. He was attacked by a T-Rex. When a Utahraptor escape from the globe he became ill and cycled between severe range and being in a comatose state. His mind was transported into the Utahraptor when the Utahraptor was transported into the real world. He later programmed the Globe to sporadically let other dinosaurs. (AUDIO: The Curator's Egg)
