Percy Noggins

Percy Noggins was the director of a factory company. They gave life to stuffed animals that were getting dusty in museums. He was actually controlled by the Hornets, a species that wanted to invade Earth. They used him so he would put these stuffed animals into vehicles for the creatures to ride. He was the grandson of Ernestina Stott. (AUDIO: The Stuff of Nightmares)
