Veet

Veet was a member of Mandrel's band of rebels in the undercity of Megropolis One on Pluto. She was initially distrustful of the Fourth Doctor and Leela, but eventually helped them overthrow the Usurians' Company.
When Leela was held hostage to ensure the Doctor's return, Veet showed great interest in the skins she wore. (TV: The Sun Makers)
