Ben McGill

Ben McGill was a young boy in the Dustville colony at the final frontier (aka Arkansas XVl Colony Base One). When the Tenth Doctor arrived at high noon and was in danger from the bandits, Ben defied the other settlers to warn the Doctor to hide. The Doctor stayed with Ben overnight before tracking the bandits into the Wastes the next day. The Doctor allowed Ben to use the sonic screwdriver with the TARDIS to create a localised atmospheric excitation. The rain that followed dissolved the bandits. Ben was instrumental in collecting the bandit "puddles" into buckets for relocation. (COMIC: Mudshock)
