Claudia Coster was an administrator in the Ministry of Intelligence. She was an longtime friend of Sarah Jane Smith. She asked Claudia some information about Toby Davenport. (AUDIO: The Tao Connection) Sarah Jane gave her a dead rat to analyse for a nerve gas. In 2002, Hilda Winters, as revenge for her imprisonment, arranged for Coster to be murdered and Sarah Jane to be framed for it. (AUDIO: Test of Nerve)
