Doctor Who Poster Magazine # 5 was the issue of the magazine bearing the cover date August 1995.
Its cover bore the title The Time Lords of Gallifrey. Unlike most issues of Doctor Who Poster Magazine, it featured no original narrative fiction, being only a mixture of in- and out-of-universe reference material (plus the advertised promotional poster).
