Derek Fowlds (2 September 1937-17 January 2020[1]) voiced Claude and the Human Jelly in the audio story The Elixir of Doom.

Away from Doctor Who, he is best known for his roles as Police Sergeant Oscar Blaketon in all eighteen series of Heartbeat, Bernard Woolley in the original version of Yes Minister and its sequel Yes, Prime Minister and Mr. Derek in The Basil Brush Show.
