This seems to break no rules and is in the same style as Farewell, Sarah Jane or Revenge of the Nestene with a narrator being visibly shown.
In fact in the intro to the story Moffat says it’s the shortest Doctor Who story ever so it’s intended to be in the DWU. 81.106.187.1talk to me 14:38, 21 March 2023 (UTC)
