Why is this in the main namespace?

Why is this in the main namespace? It seems like it should be in the Tardis namespace. Bongo50 (aka Bongolium500) ☎ 09:43, 2 May 2021 (UTC)

I'm not sure either but this page was created by User:CzechOut, who I presume knows what he's doing when it comes to technical matters. Feel free to drop him a message on his talk page, but I shan't condone deleting this page without hearing from him, or from someone else who knew what he was thinking. For what it's worth, I guess the page is (was?) necessary in the main namespace because it serves(/served?) to test whether certain features worked, and these features may well have encountered problems in the main namespace that wouldn't exist in other namespaces, thus making a test held anywhere but in the main namespace useless.
