Proamon was a cold planet orbiting a red giant star. It was home to the Proamonians, who required a low temperature to survive.

Proamonium, the rarest mineral in the universe, was only found on Proamon. (PROSE: Night of the Humans)

Around the year 1,999,000 AD, the whole planet was destroyed when their star went supernova. (TV: Dragonfire)
