The Thal Dome was a base used by the Thal race on Skaro, and is the counterpart to the Kaled Dome belonging to the Kaleds. It was used as their base during The Thousand Year War. At its centre the Thals had constructed a neutron rocket to destroy the Kaled Dome and ultimately win the war against their Kaleds enemies. However, that victory was short lived when Davros' newest creation, the Daleks entered the Thal dome and proceeded to destroy its inhabitants under the command of Davros. (DW: Genesis of the Daleks)
It is unknown what happened to the Thal Dome after the Daleks invaded and killed most of the inhabitants.
