Vekken was a captain in Borusa's True Lord army. He was sent to get a Hound to test Romana II, Leela and Narvin's biology. Cloris sent him to to find out what had happened to Hollis and Torvald. He was sired by Arcalia. (AUDIO: Annihilation)
