Tom Wakeen was a student at Lunar City's Ogallala Community College in 5019. He was a descendant of a medicine man who had driven Nepesht back to the spirit world and trapped it there. He went to the V is for Vampire Tour together with Bernice Summerfield. (PROSE: Possum Kingdom)
