Tom Hopper (born 28 January 1985[1]) played Jeff Angelo in the Doctor Who television story The Eleventh Hour.

He also plays Sir Percival in the television show Merlin, the pirate Billy Bones in Black Sails, Dickon Tarly in Game of Thrones, and Luther Hargreeves in The Umbrella Academy.
