Thomas Arundel
From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference
Thomas Arundel served as the Archbishop of Canterbury in the late 14th and early 15th centuries.
In 1400, Arundel gave orders that the deposed King Richard II of England was to be denied food. This resulted in Richard starving to death shortly afterwards.
King Henry IV, who had deposed Richard, did not approve of many of Arundel's violent and murderous tactics. (AUDIO: The Doctor's Tale)
