Another thing that is important to note is Now We Are Six Hundred is based upon Now We Are Six, another poetry book. Ode especially is restricted by A Good Hum (a poem in Six) for its lyrics quite heavily which is very evident if you search for the original on the internet.
In short, you've convinced me Ode to a Krynoid should be valid. Any other further arguments on the anthology?
