We know excactly how the Doctor's lives are connected, but we still use seperate pages because of the distinctness of the various incarnations. You could argue for having different Clara pages because of the distinctness of her incarnations, but I return to the Master. He has several incarnations, but we don't bother to have seperate pages for him. We do the same for clara; we don't need to know precisely how the Claras are connected aside from that thay are.
