Iris's incarnations are more fuzzy around the edges than even the Master's. It can be difficult or impossible to decide which one is in some stories, or whether it's a new one entirely. For instance, I'm pretty sure the future one in From Wildthyme with Love isn't the one in Iris Wildthyme of Mars, who is the one from The Blue Angel and is explicitly pre-Manning, Panda notwithstanding.

Also, the "Edith Sitwell" first Iris isn't the same first Iris as Lilith.
