The minority religions, Buddhist, Sikh, Muslim, and Hindu are all entirely populated with characters who have ethnicities you'd expect given the stereotypes surrounding these religions. Judaism is an ethnicity unto itself, as are the historical religions of the Aztecs and the Mayans. You have some cults and some off world religions, and then Christians, which are predominately white.
