It is, in theory, a place where users can go to discuss how-we'll-handle-X-on-the-Wiki-once-it's-no-longer-a-spoiler. Even if it hasn't seen that much use in that respect either. For example, it'd be the only correct place to discuss some issue with a group of still-spoilered series pages.
