What exactly is the Nightmare Child the Doctor refers to in the End of Time part 2 where he is telling the Master what he will unleash on the Earth if the Time Lock is broken. He has also made refersnce to the Nightmare Child when he sees Davros again. "I saw your ship fly into the Jaws of the Nightmare Child in the Gates of Elithium."
