Rumours
- It is rumoured that the Silurians are stealing bodies to splice with Silurian DNA to make half-human/half-Silurians. The could be compared with the Pig Slaves. The fact that some of the Silurian-like creatures in the trailers appear to be wearing regular human clothing may support this also a Silurian was seen with doctors equipment witch has some liquid in.
- It's possible the Silurians will survive since they will appear in the finale. (Or a new group of Silurians will return).
- There is a heavy rumour spreading that Rory Williams will become a victim of the crack near the end of the episode, erasing him from history. This would fit with the fact that he is no longer present in the following episode, and the trailer refered to fixed points in time, in which time must not be changed (Rory is supposed to live, as seen in the 'future selves' scene in the previous episode), but will be.(In a cut scene there is a conversation where Amy asks the Doctor if she and Rory would stay together and the Dr answers that time isn't fixed so anything can be changed).
