Regarding Previous File Deletion

It is my understanding that the primary reason that this file was previously deleted from the wiki is that its size was over 100 kB, a rule from T:ICC that no longer applied to images on this wiki. Thus, it should now be allowed under the new image rules. I further understand that, due to the image's blurriness, it should be replaced with the same shot from the Blu-Ray edition of the same serial when possible, but that this version may remain until then.
