Steinberger P. Green was a Hollywood film director.

While Green was directing a scene with Blossom Lefavre and Darcy Tranton, filming was interrupted by the First Doctor, Steven Taylor and Sara Kingdom, who thought the performance was real.
Angered, Green ordered his camera crew to eject the travellers from the set, but Steven and Sara beat up their would-be attackers and escaped. Impressed, Green chased after them so he could hire them for his film. (TV: The Daleks' Master Plan)
