Domusalba
Domusalba was one of Vulpana's (COMIC: Hill of Beans) four (AUDIO:The Moons of Vulpana) moons. The one-millionth performance of the Psychic Circus was held on Domusalba.
When President Karde rose to power, he annexed the moon. When the Psychic Circus visited, Karde was to visit the moon. Karde sent his security forces ahead of him, having them enforce martial law upon the lunar citizens, intending to take control of the Circus when he arrived.
Upon making planetfall, Karde met the Seventh Doctor and Mags only for the populace to rebel against him, the Doctor having sprayed a rebellion inducing perfume onto the people. As the citizenry denounced Karde, a werewolf descended upon him and killed him. The Doctor was confident that his successor would be a better leader. (COMIC: Hill of Beans)
