David Gooderson (born 24 February 1941[1]) played Davros in the Doctor Who television story Destiny of the Daleks. He also provided uncredited Dalek voices in the same story. (DWM 283)

He later voiced Gavin Dexter in the Sarah Jane Smith audio series.

He shared his memories of Destiny of the Daleks on the documentaries Davros Connections and Return to Skaro, as well as the story's DVD audio commentary. He eventually reprised the role of Davros in the 2021 webcast Risen, a prequel to Destiny of the Daleks.
