Nadia Montgomery
Nadia Montgomery was Head of Marketing at Lexington International Bank in 2007. She borrowed a Time Harvester watch from Symington and Blenkinsop and ended up in serious debt.
When she first borrowed the Time Harvester, Nadia was forty years old but due to the watch malfunctioning she aged several years older. However, the malfunction shielded her from being found by Symington and Blenkinsop and so Nadia camped outside of Lexington Bank offering stark warnings to those entering the bank. The Eleventh Doctor, Amy Pond and Rory Williams were among those Nadia warned, although Amy ultimately ended up finding herself in debt after accepting a Time Harvester of her own. Nadia used her malfunctioning watch to distract the legion of Symington and Blenkinsops that attempted to attack Amy.
Following the Doctor's instructions, Nadia watched the TARDIS while he, Amy, Rory and Andrew Brown investigated the Little Green Storage where they suspected everyone's time was being stored. She observed Symington and Blenkinsop attaching a time bomb to the TARDIS and in an attempt to stop them she attached the bomb to her own watch causing her aging to increase rapidly. The Doctor later realised that being close to Nadia would also shield everyone else from detection by Symington and Blenkinsop and ensured that they all stuck close to her. When the Doctor tampered with Nadia's watch she decreased in age to around ten years old.
After Jane Blythe, the true force behind Symington and Blenkinsop, was defeated all of her work was reversed except for Nadia and Sameera Jenkins. Nadia, still a ten-year-old, was owed thirty years which would have erased herself from existence, while Sameera, who had been aged to around sixty-five, owed ten years. The Doctor, now the owner of their debts, swapped the contracts meaning that Nadia was aged ten years to her twenties while Sameera decreased in age to her mid-thirties. (PROSE: Borrowed Time)
