Second Doctor (Inferno Earth)

One account suggested that a version of the Second Doctor lived in the Inferno universe. He was a renegade Time Lord, and due to the non-interference policy he found himself captured by his people. Unlike his N-Space counterpart, he picked one of the faces that the Time Lords offered him after his trial. The Third Doctor was exiled to Earth in the 20th century, where he became a dictatorial President of Great Britain. (PROSE: Timewyrm: Revelation)
