Griffith Park

Griffith Park was the highest point in the city of Los Angeles. (PROSE: The King of Terror)

In October 1947, thousands of people congregated in the park under the influence of the Selyoids. The Second Doctor and Ben Jackson, and later Polly Wright and Robert Chate, followed the crowds to confront Leonard de Sande and stop the Selyoids. (PROSE: Dying in the Sun)

The Fifth Doctor and the Brigadier once ascended to it in order to catch a ride on a Chinook helicopter. (PROSE: The King of Terror)
