The New Humans were a creation of the Sisters of Plentitude and were used for curing deseases, grown from Human cells. When released in the year 5,000,000,023, the New Humans went onto reak havoc across the New Earth Hospital, but were all soon cured by the Doctor and taken into care, later founding a new race of Humanity.
