Martin Tyr was a resident of the planet Urbsbandi and part of the resistance against the regime of the Supreme Leader and The Silent Enigma.
He was attacked by criminals before being rescued by Doom who took him to Caster Square to meet up with someone. This turned out to be a lie and she had poisoned him with something that made him feel nothing so that he wouldn't feel himself being killed Doom, who had him as her target. This was so Martin would die a martyr as it would look like he was killed by the police, which lead to revolution on the planet. (GAME: Wrong Place at the Right Time)
