During an unhinged rant, Ross Lee asked no one in particular, among other questions, "Simon or Louie?" (TV: Chute! Episode 9 [+]Loading...["Chute! Episode 9 (TV story)"])

The Wire once took on Cowell's voice whilst attacking the Tenth Doctor through Max Wu's blue tooth speaker. Alice Wu recognised the voice due to its arrogant tone, with the Doctor citing the choice of mimicry to be fitting "if you're aiming for the essence of nastiness".
