Celebration Lottery was a brand of lottery that existed by the 2010s.

History

In Spring 2010, the Tenth Doctor used the £1 he borrowed off Geoff Noble a few years prior — before Geoff's death — to purchase a ticket to gift to Donna Noble, via Wilfred Mott and Sylvia Noble; as he was a time traveller, he was able to learn the winning numbers — 18, 03, 13, 36, and 24 — thus solving Donna and her newly-wed husband's financial issues. Donna initially dismissed it as a cheap present, after suspecting it was a bill, until she remembered that that week's lottery draw had a triple roll-over prize, stuffing the ticket in her wedding dress as she told Sylvia and Wilf.
