Lady Aesculapius: Series 1 was a spin-off series of 10,000 Dawns featuring the eponymous character.

Episode five of the series, Life After Death by Michael Robertson, was a crossover with Doctor Who and featured Coloth who first appeared in the Short Trips story War Crimes.

Other stories in the series were authored by a range of Doctor Who authors, including James Wylder, Sam Maleski, Simon Bucher-Jones, and Nate Bumber.

Cover art for the series was done by Anne-Laure Tuduri.

On 17 October 2023 as part of the 10th anniversary of Arcbeatle Press, a new story called A Possible Prelude to an Ending by Dillon O'Hara and Aidan Mason was released online for free as a replacement story for Sam Maleski's Registered Clawmarks™.
