Archimedes was a planet which was home to a human colony owned by the Fountain Corporation. The Seventh Doctor arrived on Archimedes by accident, having attempted to travel to Maruthea.
UniMedia reporter Huksley went there to investigate the Fountain Programme and discovered a connection between it and a number of strange deaths on the colony. The Doctor, who had arrived in Huksley's flat, helped her uncover the truth, which was that her story was a hoax manufactured by UniMedia to increase their ratings. (PROSE: The Infinity Season)
