A human native to the Third Universe once "wandered into a space-time entanglement" while reading a book, and ended up lost in the Plume Coteries' Library. There, they wandered for a while and stumbled upon the Bookwyrm, who was resting by a campfire. The Bookwyrm offered them food and then told them a long, digression-prone story, relating the events surrounding Auteur's appearance in the Library and his encounter with Coloth, Callum and Maritsa.
