Citizen (The Pirate Planet)
Upon their arrival on the planet Zanak, the only person who the Fourth Doctor and Romana I found was willing to speak to them was a male citizen, who eagerly answered Romana's questions due to her being prettier than the Doctor. The citizen told Romana about the golden ages of prosperity that the planet experienced, the Captain who was responsible for them, and the lights in the sky that took place each time a golden age commenced. He also gave Romana a gift of diamonds and rubies, claiming that they would "suit a pretty girl like [her]", in response to which Romana gave the citizen some of the Doctor's jelly babies.
The citizen subsequently left as to not be late for the feasts, warning the Doctor and Romana about the Mentiads as he did so, but was quickly accosted by a guard, who asked him where he had acquired the jelly babies. The citizen pointed the Doctor and Romana's positions out to the guard before hurriedly leaving. (TV: The Pirate Planet)
