Fudge Merchandani was a friend of Rose Noble. He told Rose about the pod that Beep the Meep escaped in, that crashed in a nearby park, and whilst on the phone, was frightened away by two Wrarth Warriors. (TV: The Star Beast [+]Loading...["The Star Beast (TV story)"])
Behind the scenes
- Fudge shares his name with Fudge Higgins, a character from the original comic strip version of The Star Beast. Unlike his comic strip namesake, Fudge Merchandani only has a minor role in the story, and does not encounter the Doctor.
- Fudge's surname was only revealed in the end credits of The Star Beast [+]Loading...["The Star Beast (TV story)"].
