Graham O'Brien accidentally activating a teleport cube (TV: Orphan 55)

Six coupons from Bandohzi Herald put together formed a teleport cube. It teleported Team TARDIS to Tranquility Spa in about 4 seconds after being activated. When the team teleported back, the teleport cube glowed as they reappeared in the TARDIS. (TV: Orphan 55)
