Murray Barber

Murray Barber worked as a 2D artist on several episodes of series 4 of Doctor Who, and as a 2D supervisor on series 3 of Torchwood.
He later co-founded Milk VFX in 2013, and became the uncredited visual effects supervisor for Doctor Who, from The Day of the Doctor to Twice Upon a Time.[1]
