Bookkeeper (A Farewell to R.M.S.)

A male Bookkeeper acted as a mediator when the Great Houses negotiated the transfer of R.M.S. from the giant walruses to themselves during the War in Heaven. To Roger's disappointment, travelled to the negotiations in a spherical Plume Coteries diplomatic craft rather than on the back of a Birdhemoth, and he was of normal humanoid size rather than particularly short — in contrast to the legends of the Plume Coteries of old.
