Alid Jag
Professor Alid Jag was a small aphid who was a cynical expert on 20th century Earth literature. He was also an agent of the Ministry for Alien Incursions and Ontological Wonders.
In 2077, Jag attended a 20th century Earth literature conference purportedly to give a reading of his paper on the epistemological anomalies of Fox Soames' work. Jag was actually there to investigate the temporal anomalies surrounding Reginald Tyler's The True History of Planets to help the Emperor of the dogworld. Jag was unaware that Mida Slike - the other academic interested in the anomalies in Tyler's work - was also a MIAOW agent, so he tried to assassinate her several times. When the Eighth Doctor came to the conference, Jag pretended to be squashed by the Doctor's TARDIS.
Jag led a team of MIAOW agents in an attempt to capture Fitz Kreiner, Flossie, Brenda Soobie, Noël Coward, and Martha in 1960 Las Vegas. Jag and his men were trapped in an elevator shaft in the Las Vegas Hotel Miramar. Mida Slike freed Jag and his men from the shaft, but then killed Jag by stepping on him.
