"The Goblin Song" (song)

"The Goblin Song" will be an original song composed by Murray Gold[1] and with lyrics written by Russell T Davies.[2]
It will be released ahead of the broadcast of the Christmas Special The Church on Ruby Road [+]Loading...["The Church on Ruby Road (TV story)"] on 11 December 2023 as a music video featuring footage from the special as an early "Christmas present", according to Davies.
The song will be released on BBC Sounds, Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer, with all the proceeds going to Children in Need.[1]
The lead vocal on the song is Christina Rotondo. [3] Ncuti Gatwa, Millie Gibson and "a whole host of goblins" were listed as performers in Doctor Who Magazine.[2]
